In accordance with the ACT Gridiron constitution, notice is given that the associations Annual General Meeting is to be held at 6:30pm on TUESDAY, 10th of January 2017 at the Weston Creek Raiders Club.
Nominations for all offices falling vacant duly proposed and seconded by registered members of the association and accepted by the nominee are to be delivered to the associations Secretary in writing no later than 7 days prior to the meeting.
Notices of motions to be considered at the meeting are to be delivered to the Secretary in writing no later than 7 days prior to the meeting.
No proxy votes will be accepted at the meeting. The associations Secretary can be contacted by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
